It's my understanding that you're not required to comment if you don't need to. Sometimes reading the comments of others is a learning experience. Re: moderation, we'll play it by ear, but I'll be monitoring comments for spam and rubbish basically. If I think a comment is unnecessary & uncalled for, I'll be deleting.
